Delivery

Deliveries are made by courier company DPD.

For orders over €80, delivery is absolutely free.

For orders to courier office or personal address, prices are the same, and as follows:

• up to 1 kg. - €4.70
• from 1 to 3 kg. - €5.20
• from 3 to 5 kg. - €7.70
• from 5 to 7 kg. - €10
• from 7 to 10 kg. - €12
• from 10 to 20 kg. - €16

If the chosen payment method is "Bank Transfer", the order will be shipped after the payment is confirmed.

When will my order arrive at me?

All orders received on weekdays at the online store Havlia.com until 12:00 are processed and shipped within the same day. Orders received after 12:00 are shipped the next day. The shipment will be delivered to you within 1-3 working days, except for orders received on Friday after 12:00, they are processed and shipped on Monday. Delays are possible depending on the courier's schedule on holidays.
